Shivanna Military Hotel is a quick-service restaurant offering donne biryani and other special nati-style delicacies to our beloved customers in Udupi and Manipal. Customers can place orders online for delivery and pick up through our website – smhotel.in and Android App – Shivanna Military App.

Enter your mobile number, name, and email address. You’ll receive an OTP for confirmation and bingo you’re registered.

Enter your mobile number, input the OTP received, and press login.

You enter your address and click “Search.” You’ll see a list of options delivering to you, along with pickup options. We’re currently offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Click the one you’re into, select your menu items, and hit “View Cart” which leads you to the checkout page. Choose the desired payment methods and place the order. We’ll notify the restaurant to begin prepping your food.

We send your order to Shivanna Military Hotel as soon as you hit the button. You can track the order status in the dashboard.

There is an option to cancel the order on the order page once the order has been placed. You can cancel the order for a full refund before the restaurant accepts the order. For any addition questions, please drop a note to support@smhotel.in

The best way is to make sure you enter your address as specifically as possible. For the best experience, please turn on your device location as it will ensure an accurate address and hassle-free delivery. We offer delivery within a 12 km radius of our location.

Here’s where you can see everything you’ve ordered in the past. Which is helpful for a few reasons. One is to view and print receipts. The second, of course, is to rate your previous orders If you hadn’t already and help us get better at serving you.

Shivanna Military Hotel is free to use. You’ll have to pay for the food and, if you opt for delivery, you may notice a delivery fee* (*depending on distance and/or order size).

It could be because you’re outside of the delivery zone. We offer delivery within a 12 km radius of our location. To be sure right from the start, we recommend you search using a specific address. If you’re not 100% sure of the address, it’s best to be as specific as you possibly can.

Any time you see a rating displayed after the order has been picked up or delivered, you can click the comment section to add your own two cents

It’s exactly the same as ordering for delivery, minus the “delivery” part. Instead, the restaurant will let you know when to expect the food to be ready, and you’ll shuffle over to grab it and go. Oh, and please remember to have an ID handy when picking your food up. We like to make sure that the food is heading off with the proper person.

If you need the amount to be refunded directly to your bank account, please send an email to support@smhotel.in with all the necessary details and we will initiate the process. The refund will be processed in 6 business days.

We strive to deliver food in 45 to 60 minutes. This might vary depending on your location and other external factors like weather and traffic etc
