Shivanna Military Hotel is a quick-service restaurant started in 2022 and launched by Thaamboolam Food Masters to serve authentic Nati-style food for the first time in Manipal, using quality ingredients and the traditional art of cooking. Driven by a passion for food, we aim to reach many food lovers in Udupi and introduce them to the Nati-style cuisine. SHIVANNA
Tallur Shivaprasad Shetty aka “Shivanna” founded the first eponymous Shivanna Military Hotel in an effort to give a modern twist to the erstwhile ‘Military Hotels’.
