How does Shivanna Wallet work?
When a customer pays for their order via any Online Payment Gateways available on Shivanna Military Hotel website, and requests for a Refund of the order, due to some issue with the order processing or operational issue or cancellation, then the Paid amount by the customer is credited back to the customer’s wallet.

How long does it take for the refund to show up in the Shivanna Wallet?
It should be updated in the wallet once the order has been successfully canceled and the refund has been processed. It should reflect in your wallet right away. The balance in the wallet will be automatically applied towards the next order payment. In some cases, the refund might not reflect right away in your wallet, we would suggest waiting for 24 hrs and if it still doesn’t show up, please send an email to support@smhotel.in and we will look into it for you.

What if I need a refund directly to my bank account?
Our preferred refund method – Shivanna Wallet. However, if you need the amount to be refunded directly to your bank account, please send an email to support@smhotel.in with all the necessary details and we will initiate the process. The refund will be processed in 5 to 7 business days.
